About the Role:

As an AI Generalist at Digital Turtles, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered tools and solutions that support our digital campaigns, creative initiatives, and platform enhancements. You’ll work across a broad range of tasks from data processing and automation to generative AI experimentation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

-Research and implement AI models for tasks such as text generation, image analysis, chatbots, or content recommendation.

- Collaborate with creatives and strategists to build tools that enhance storytelling, content creation, and audience engagement.

- Develop and deploy AI scripts or workflows

- Evaluate the performance of AI systems and fine-tune them based on feedback.

- Stay current on AI trends and suggest innovative ways to apply them in digital advocacy and media production.

- Use and integrate tools such as Heygen (AI avatars), Lora Models (Stable Diffusion customization), Kling (video generation), and Runway (AI video editing and content creation) as part of daily workflows.

Requirements:

- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and best practices.

- Proven experience using Heygen, Lora Models, Kling, and Runway.

- Experience with tools like OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or other ML frameworks.

- Ability to prototype and experiment quickly.

- A creative mindset with the ability to translate needs into functional AI solutions.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical collaborators.

Bonus: experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML), automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make), or NLP.
